St. David's Clubhouse is an afterschool program for children in kindergarten through 8th grade run on the campus of St. David's Episcopal Church.

When

2:30 - 6 pm daily

The Clubhouse follows the Polk County Schools calendar and is open when children are in school.

Fees

$50 weekly

$40 weekly for St. David's members

Registration

For registration, please fill out the forms below.  Bring them along with $100 (first and last week of your child's fees) to the church office or on your child's first day.
